Meet the Team

Mortgage and Protection Adviser & Director and Founder of Perfect Mortgages. With over 22 years’ experience in the mortgage industry.    

I started my journey in the industry in Menorca, Spain where I lived for many years. I moved back to the UK in 2009, gained my UK CeMAP Qualifications and began working as an employed Mortgage Advisor, giving Mortgage and Protection advice, and helping customers to purchase their dream home. 

I made the decision in 2020 to step out on my own and start my own company to allow me to offer the most appropriate, personalised service to customers old and new.     

I pride myself on providing expert mortgage and protection advice in a clear, direct way to make the process as simple and straight forward as possible for our customers.   

Perfect Mortgages is expanding faster than I imagined due to the wonderful recommendations from my customers and the current mortgage market. I am excited to continue to build the brand and grow the business to support more customers on their mortgage journey.      

I enjoy spending time with my Fiancée and daughter and our adorable French Bulldog Nyla.   

Nyla can often be heard snoring in the background on Zoom calls.    

Michelle joined Perfect Mortgages in 2021 and currently manages the office. Dealing with the Administration, Accounting, Research and Client Liaison.   

Alongside this Michelle is studying for her CeMAP Qualifications to become a Mortgage Advisor.    

Michelle and Sarah have worked together previously when they both lived in Menorca, Spain. Sarah ran a mortgage company providing advice to both Spanish and English-speaking clients and Michelle managed the office.  

When Sarah decided to start her own Mortgage Advice company, she asked Michelle to come on board and so the team was back together again.    

Michelle has extensive experience in the mortgage industry having worked for one of the UK’s largest building societies as an Underwriter and Underwriting Team Manager. As an Underwriting Team Manager, she managed 11 Mortgage Underwriters and she was responsible for the Scottish Underwriting Team.    

Her experience brings a different perspective to the company and gives us a unique insight into the Underwriting mindset, which is invaluable when dealing with complex, non-standard mortgage applications.     Michelle has a young daughter with her Fiancée and enjoys quality family time with them when she is not working or studying!  

Louise joined us in April 2022 as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser.  

Louise joins us with 21 years’ experience as a Mortgage Adviser working for one of the UK’s largest building societies.   

After having her second baby during lockdown in 2020 and spending a year on maternity leave, Louise spent a lot of time thinking about her future. She was offered Voluntary Redundancy and whilst deciding what to do Louise came across Sarah Morgan at Perfect Mortgages and reached out to discuss opportunities.  

Louise has always aspired to make the move away from advising for a sole lender and offer a wider range of options available on the market to her customers, so she took the leap!  When we asked what made Louise reach out to Perfect Mortgages she said “it is a local business, I have seen what a fantastic service Sarah offers to her customers and love the values and ethics of the company. I knew straight away this was the place for me”  Louise brings her extensive experience as an in-house mortgage advisor with her, and we look forward to supporting her on her new journey and welcome her to the Perfect Mortgages Team.
