SARAH MORGAN- Founder and Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Mortgage and Protection Adviser & Director and Founder of Perfect Mortgages. With over 22 years’ experience in the mortgage industry.
I started my journey in the industry in Menorca, Spain where I lived for many years. I moved back to the UK in 2009, gained my UK CeMAP Qualifications and began working as an employed Mortgage Advisor, giving Mortgage and Protection advice, and helping customers to purchase their dream home.
I made the decision in 2020 to step out on my own and start my own company to allow me to offer the most appropriate, personalised service to customers old and new.
I pride myself on providing expert mortgage and protection advice in a clear, direct way to make the process as simple and straight forward as possible for our customers.
Perfect Mortgages is expanding faster than I imagined due to the wonderful recommendations from my customers and the current mortgage market. I am excited to continue to build the brand and grow the business to support more customers on their mortgage journey.
I enjoy spending time with my Fiancée and daughter and our adorable French Bulldog Nyla.
Nyla can often be heard snoring in the background on Zoom calls.
MICHELLE UPTON- Office Manager and Mortgage Adviser
I first had the pleasure of working with Sarah while we both lived in Menorca, Spain. Sarah was running a mortgage company, offering expert advice to both Spanish and English-speaking clients, while I managed the office operations.
When Sarah decided to launch her own mortgage advice business in 2021, she invited me to join her, and that’s when Perfect Mortgages was born!
Initially starting as the Office Manager, I now work as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. While I still oversee some behind-the-scenes operations, my main focus is on supporting our customers through every step of the mortgage process. I take great pride in providing tailored advice, making sure each client finds the most suitable mortgage solution for their needs and circumstances.
I believe in providing honest, transparent, and clear advice, no matter how simple or complicated the case may be.
My background is in mortgage underwriting, having worked with one of the UK’s largest building societies as an Underwriter and Underwriting Team Manager. This experience has helped me to bring a unique perspective to the company and also enables me to help our clients navigate complex and non-standard mortgage applications with confidence.
I’m proud to be part of a company that truly prioritizes the needs of its customers and provides excellent customer service.
There is no better feeling than helping a customer to get the keys to their first home, or help them stay in their current home. It is such a rewarding experience and one that i do not take for granted.
Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my fiancée and our young daughter. Family time is something that is extremely important to me and i am lucky to be able to work for a company that understands the importance of that.
LOUISE PRICE- Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Louise joined us in April 2022 as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser.
Louise joins us with 21 years’ experience as a Mortgage Adviser working for one of the UK’s largest building societies.
After having her second baby during lockdown in 2020 and spending a year on maternity leave, Louise spent a lot of time thinking about her future. She was offered Voluntary Redundancy and whilst deciding what to do Louise came across Sarah Morgan at Perfect Mortgages and reached out to discuss opportunities.
Louise has always aspired to make the move away from advising for a sole lender and offer a wider range of options available on the market to her customers, so she took the leap! When we asked what made Louise reach out to Perfect Mortgages she said “it is a local business, I have seen what a fantastic service Sarah offers to her customers and love the values and ethics of the company. I knew straight away this was the place for me” Louise brings her extensive experience as an in-house mortgage advisor with her, and we look forward to supporting her on her new journey and welcome her to the Perfect Mortgages Team.
